It's Time YOU put YOU, FIRST

How we heal?

Our methods

Group therapy

Groups can act as a sounding board and support network. The group provides an opportunity for personal experimentation; it is a safe place to risk enough to learn more about yourself.

Activity based therapy (ABT)

Occasionally, emotions are impossible to put into words; something ABT seeks to alleviate by letting individuals explore how they're feeling through alternative methods.

Changed behavior focus environment

Old habits are hard to break, and new habits are hard to make, but hearing proving testimony from your peers rather than being told you're wrong allows us to choose the changed behavior through relation.

Humanistic based approach

Everyone has their own unique way of looking at the world. That view may impact your choices and actions. We emphasize the importance of everyone being their true self to live the most fulfilling life.

Testimonials

@afroyogaqueen

It's the healing women for me. Our talk as a community was so needed! I felt the freedom of discussing things that seemed taboo in the past, we cried together, laughed together and literally gave each other flowers. I look forward to the next.
